To use the Spritz:

It works. It really does. I have anxiety and this on my feet or under the arm pits 20 mins before bed settles my body, replenishes it and I drift off to sleep. I’m buying again!

It’s ok

I ordered this to try, and I haven’t noticed any differences or benefits from using it. The scent isn’t bad, but I’m noticing any of the benefits it’s supposed to give. It also leaves a bit of a tackiness that I’m not thrilled with. I have to be very careful where I spray it or it makes the surrounding surfaces/floors tacky, and the tackiness stays on my skin for a very long time. Overall, just kinda meh for me.
